Whip the Coffee: In a blender, Nutri Bullet, or a small food processor, combine equal amounts of sugar, hot water, and coffee granules. Run on high speed for 1-2 minutes until all the ingredients are incorporated. Toss in the ice cubes and continue whipping until the coffee-sugar mixture triples in size and becomes frothy and foamy with the consistence of a whipped cream. At this point, add the banana(s), date(s), and milk and continue blending for another 1-2 minutes.
Serve: Pour the coffee into tall glasses over some ice cubes and serve immediately.
