Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups warm milk
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • ½ cup espresso coffee , the blend of your choice
  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin spice mix
  • sweetener of you choice , to your taste

Instructions
 

  • Brew Your Coffee: Start with 1/2 cup of strong coffee or espresso as your base.
  • Prepare the Pumpkin-Milk Mixture: In a small saucepan, combine 2 tablespoons of pumpkin puree (alternatively pumpkin syrup), 2 cups of milk (of your choice), and 1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin spice mix.  Heat gently, whisking until smooth.
  • Froth It Up: With a handheld battery frother, froth the milk, pumpkin puree up for 1 minute, or until it is frothy and foamy.
  • Combine: Pour the pumpkin mixture into your coffee and stir well.
  • Top and Enjoy: Add whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice, if desired.

Nermine's Notes

  •  Instead of using pumpkin puree, use keto and sugarless syrup  from Sinless Syrup.
  • Add vanilla extract for some extra flavor.
