Dump all the ingredients in the container of a food processor and run the machine until all the ingredients are well combined. Transfer the mixture to a mixing bowl and let it rest for no less than 20 minutes. The dough will thicken, will come together and will become pliable. Shape the bread into rolls or buns.
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (370 ° F) and bake the bread for no longer than 15 minutes.
Serve the bread warm with eggs, and/or a platter of cold cuts and keto dips.
Store the bread in the fridge in ziplocks or airtight containers. You can freeze the bread for up to two weeks.
