It was a huge honor and real pleasure to team up with the U.S. embassy in Singapore to create a video about Thanksgiving tradition.  I am grateful to the hardworking and talented team behind the creation of such an immaculate piece of Culinary Diplomacy.

Working on this video was a heartwarming experience where I enjoyed breaking bread with Singaporeans and creating a recipe that seamlessly blends my Middle Eastern roots, U.S. identity, and the Singaporean influence.

Food is the most evocative form of art, while diplomacy is the art of building bridges and forging ties.

Food diplomacy is the unbeaten arsenal to advocate interests, promote culture and challenge stereotypes.
