Karkadeeh (Egyptian Hibiscus Recipe) 

INGREDIENTS DIRECTIONS 
    1. Bring the water to a boil in a pot.
    2. Once boiling, remove the pot from the heat and add the dried hibiscus flowers.
    3. Let the hibiscus flowers steep in the hot water for about 10-15 minutes, or until the water has turned a deep red color and the flavor has infused.
    4. Strain the hibiscus tea into a pitcher or container, discarding the used flowers.
    5. Stir in honey or sugar to sweeten the tea, adjusting to your taste preferences. You can add more or less depending on how sweet you like it.
    6. Let the tea cool to room temperature, add a drizzle of rose water then refrigerate until chilled.
    7. Once chilled, serve the hibiscus tea over ice cubes in glasses.
